Brief form (“Brief us”): your first name, your last name (optional), your company or project, your WhatsApp number, your email address, your budget range, your message (optional) and the language of the site you are writing from.
We only collect the data you enter yourself in these forms.
Article 3 – Purposes and legal bases

Brief form: answering your request and discussing your project with you. This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request. Sending a brief does not subscribe you to the newsletter: the two are kept separate.
Article 4 – Recipients and processors
Your data is intended for La Rampe only. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties.
To operate, the Website uses the following service providers, acting as processors: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), to send emails and manage contact lists; Slack (Slack Technologies, LLC, United States), for internal notification of incoming briefs; Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States), to host the Website.
To display its pages, the Website also loads resources from the servers of technical service providers, which receive your device’s IP address and technical information about your browser in the process: Adobe Fonts (Adobe Inc., United States), for the typefaces, on every page; jsDelivr (content delivery network) and Unicorn Studio, for the interactive animation on the 404 error page. These resources do not set any cookies on the Website. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in displaying the Website properly.
Audience measurement: the Website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., United States) to understand its traffic (page views, where visits come from, country, device type, performance). This tool sets no cookies, uses no identifiers and does not track individual visitors; statistics are aggregated. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in measuring the Website’s audience.
Where data is transferred outside the European Union, such transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, notably the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Article 5 – Retention period
Newsletter: your email address is kept until you unsubscribe.
Brief form: your data is kept for 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted.
Article 6 – Cookies
The Website does not set any cookies and does not use any advertising trackers. No consent banner is therefore required.
Article 7 – Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us at hello@larampe.io; we will reply within one month.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Article 8 – Changes
This policy may be updated, notably if the Website or the regulations change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
